汽车检测设备的机电一体化设计

摘    要:分析了传统结构设计的汽车检测设备,及其不能满足在汽车正常行驶状态下检测某些性能的要求。论述了汽车检测设备机电一体化的必要性,并分别介绍了由微电脑控制的动检测仪和汽车侧滑检测仪。探讨了汽车检测设备机电一体化设计中存在的若干问题。

Abstract:Automotive measuring equipments and their shortcoming that they cannot meet the requirement of measuring certain operating performance under normal driving of motor vehicle have been examined.Necessity of mechanical and electrical integrated design for automotive measuring equipments is stressed and automotive braking and side skidding microcomputer controlled instruments are presented respectively.some problems existed in mechanical and electrical integrated design for automotive measuring equipments are discussed.
