基于石灰岩的SMA沥青混合料配合比设计

摘    要:SMA路面结构在我国的公路建设中得到大范围应用,目前,我国的SMA路面多采用少数地方才有的玄武岩等中性石料作为集料,限制了玄武岩路面的推广。采用马歇尔试件的体积设计方法对以石灰岩为骨料的普通沥青SMA-16进行了配合比试验,开展了石灰岩用于SMA混合料的研究。通过试验确定了原材料的物理指标指标,并通过马歇尔试验设计方法确定了沥青的最佳掺量。研究得出,石灰岩SMA混合料的各项试验指标均满足设计规范要求,可应用于路面工程建设中,有利于SMA技术的推广。

Abstract:It can be seen that SMA pavement structure is widely used in highway construction of China. At present, most of the SMA pavements use neutral stone as aggregate, for example basalt which is pro- duced only in few places. It limits the use of basalt pavement. This paper adopts Marshall specimen vol- ume design method to carry out a mix ratio test of ordinary asphalt SMA-16 whose major aggregate is lime- stone. The paper also conducts further study of limestone for SMA mixture. This paper gets the physical in- dex of raw materials and the optimum contents of asphalt. It comes to the conclusion that various test in- dexes of limestone SMA mixture meet the design specification requirements, which can be used in road project construction and is advantageous to the SMA technology promotion.
