船用电励磁同步发电机电磁场和温度场耦合分析

摘    要:以一台600 kW的船用电励磁同步发电机为研究对象,对其进行电磁场和温度场耦合分析,得到不同设计方案中定子槽数对齿谐波的影响。从现有的定子槽数方案中选择合适的方案,并对该方案中船用发电机的电磁损耗进行分析,将其作为温度场分析的热源。对发电机及其散热系统进行三维建模,仿真分析散热前后发电机的温升和温度分布情况,验证风冷与水冷结合的散热方案的可靠性,为船用发电机的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:The electromagnetic field and temperature field with a 600 kW marine electric excitation synchronous generator is simulated.The influences of the number of stator slots on tooth harmonics in different design schemes are analyzed and a suitable scheme is picked up from the existing stator slot schemes.The electromagnetic loss analysis is performed on the generator design of the chosen slot scheme.An air-water mixed cooling scheme is devised.The three-dimensional temperature model of the generator with its cooling system is built,given the generator as the heat source.The temperature rises and temperature distributions of the generator with or without heat dissipation are examined to prove the effectiveness of the cooling scheme.
