| 摘 要： | 为适应数字时代科技期刊的发展需求,使其继续在知识传播和创新服务中发挥支撑作用,对科技期刊数字出版的发展现状进行分析。从政治素养、法律意识和创新精神等3个方面阐述在新挑战下提高科技期刊编辑基本素养的必要性。结合科技期刊出版工作实际,从编辑能力提升、作者队伍建设、读者队伍建设和专家队伍建设等关键环节出发,论述数字时代提升科技期刊编辑素质的途径,为科技期刊转型发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the digital age,when the form and content of publications change profoundly,the scientific and technical periodicals are striving to continue their role in disseminating knowledge and supporting innovation.This paper,with actual editing work case-study,analyzes the current digitalization situation faced by scientific and technical periodicals,explains the importance of the progress of editing ability and quality,points out the necessary political accomplishment,legal knowledge,innovative spirit and professional training which scientific and technical periodicals editors should have.Practical things,such as editors’self-improvement,communication with authors and reviewers are discussed,pointing out the ways for scientific and technical periodicals editors to improve the editing qualities in the publishing transformation. |
