| 摘 要： | 在传统环境管理模式难以适应预期管理目标的情况下,转变管理思维,探索应用信息化手段的环境管理模式成为发展趋势。环保信息化是一个技术创新与管理转型相融合的复杂过程,以上海市浦东新区环保信息化建设的探索与实践为例,阐述其环境数据资源中心的搭建,分析影响环保信息化建设的5个重要因素,即前期需求调研、管理机制体制、项目建设目标、资源资金投入和政策环境,为其他区域的环保信息化建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | Informatization brings about evolutional means for environmental management.To make full use of the advantage of informatization,the management mode transformation is necessary.The exploration and practice of the environmental management informatization in Shanghai Pudong New Area are presented.The 5 important respects,the preliminary demand investigation,the management mechanism system,project construction goals,resource investment and policy environment,are summarized for planning an environment data center in developing informatization. |
