| 摘 要： | 针对海洋调查的目的和任务,总结海洋调查组织实施中的过程控制,主要包括调查大纲和调查计划、仪器设备、工作日志和调查人员、定位、观测记录、人员健康、船舶、设备的安全及环保过程控制,保障海洋调查提供资料的质量,规范技术资料管理,确保技术资料的真实性、完整性、有效性和安全性。

| Abstract: | Regarding to the detail tasks and purpose of oceanographic investigation,the procedure control of the pro- ject tasks is summarized,including the mobilization,the instruments and the daily reports,the surveyor,position data and observation records during the surveying,the process control for the surveyor's healthy,safety of the instru- ments.The investigation ships are expounded to ensure the quality of the oceanographic surveying data and the reality,in- tegrity,affectivity and safety of the observation data. |
