摘    要:本文介绍采用白光散班法进行 T 型管状接头焊缝区域的应变测量。为解决白光散班景深小、刚体位移淹没变形位移等问题,采用了双角度光路、夹层散班等实验技术,推导了模型表面散班位移和像面散班位移之间的空间几何关系。实验结果与计算结果作了比较。

Abstract:In this paper,experimental study of stress distribution of welding se-am of T-tubular joint in white speckle method is presented and the pro-gram of data processing is compiled.The experimental results are compa-red with those of SAP-5.It is shown that the experiment results are reli-able.In these experiments,we overcome the difficulty of white speckle ofsmall depth of the field in double angles.Compared with rigid body displ-acement,elastic displacement is much smaller and can be measured by sa-ndwich speckle method.Therefore,white speckle method is new method formodels where it is difficult to use strain gauge method.white speckle cansupply displacement and strain information.It is significant to solve 3-D displacement of flat or curved objects bythe white speckle method.
