权力渗透抑或共同体精神培育——新农村社会建设基本问题探讨

本文在对经典文献中共同体及其精神辨析的基础上,详细考察了中国传统社会家庭、家族、宗族以及在此基础上形成的礼俗文化和绅士在社会治理中所发挥的不可替代的作用,并由此得出结论,认为中国传统社会具有较好的自治传统和共同体精神。由于社会发展总是具有一定的延续性,因此,在当今新农村建设中,最为基本的问题乃是保留与培育出适应现代新农村社会发展的共同体精神,如此才有可能把新农村建设成为和谐的新农村。

Power Penetration or Community Spirit Cultivation——Probing into the Fundamental Issues of Social Construction of the New Countryside

On the basis of the differentiation and analysis of community and its spirit in classic literature,the author makes a comprehensive study on Chinese traditional family,kin and clan, etiquette and custom as well as the unreplaeeable role played by gentlemanship.Both the culture and gentlemen played a crucial role in soeial governance.Thus the author concludes that there are good autonomous tradition and community spirit in traditional Chinese society.As social development is always continuous,the most fundamental issue for today's new countryside construction is the retention and cultivation of a community spirit which adapts well to modern social development.Only in this way can a new harmonious countryside be built.
