| 摘 要： | 目的 分析保留幽门的胃癌根治术 (STG)和全胃切除胃癌根治术 (TG)对患者生存状况的影响。方法 收集 1 64例胃癌 (TG :86、STG :78)患者资料 ,分析比较术后饮食减少量、体重丢失量、血浆蛋白变化、手术死亡率和并发症发生率及长期生存率、生存质量。结果 STG组手术创伤小 ,输血少 ,营养状况佳 ,生存质量高 ,不影响淋巴清扫的彻底性和长期生存率。结论 在无禁忌时尽可能保留幽门 ,如有幽门部直接浸润时仍应切除全胃。

The difference in quality of life between the subtotal radical gastrectomy preserving
pylorus and the total radical gastrectomy |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the differnce in the quality of life between the subtotal radical gastrectomy preserving pylorus and the total radical gastrectomy. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the quality of life,complication and mortality of operation and long term survival rate in 164 cases of radical gastrectomy.Results We found that the STG group receive small injury, have the better nutrition condition and high quality of life. Meanwhile, it didn't prevent the clearance of lymph and didn't reduce the long term survival rate. Conclusion The STG is one of the best operations for the gastric cancer for the patient without contraindication. |
