高职院校新生的心理特点和教育方法探讨

高职院校新生入学后较为普遍地存在自我价值感低,自我角色定位矛盾,人际交往困惑等不适心态,如不能及时地进行调适和疏理,就会对后续年级甚至整个高职阶段的学习生活产生消极影响。本文分析了高职新生的心理特点,提出了相应的教育方法,对缩短新生入学的不适应期,提高高职生心理健康水平具有十分重要的意义。
