建立车身测量坐标系的两种新方法

快速而准确地建立车身坐标是车身表面测量的难题之一，建立车身坐标系有两个过程，一个是坐标轴旋转过程；一个是坐标轴平移过程，介绍了通过通用测量程序实现坐标轴旋转和用“浮动零位法”建立坐标轴原点的两种方法，采用该方法可显提高车身表面的测量精度与效率。

Two New Methods for Settingup Motor Vehicle Body Measurement Coordinates

To set up vehicle body coordinates quickly and accurately is one of the difficult problems in vehicle body surface measurement. There are two processes in setting up body coordinates:one is revolving process of coordinates and the other is translation process of coordinates.The paper presents the following two methods,i. e. to realize revolving of coodinates by means of common measuring process and to set up origin of coordinates by means of floating zero digit method. Accuracy and efficiency of vehiele body surface measurement may be remarkably raised by using these methods.
