对东北某铁路隧道冻害产生原因的思考

内蒙古自治区某新建铁路,地处严寒地区,隧道在建设完工后不久,多个隧道即出现不同程度的冻胀病害,前期经过几次对冻害进行整治,效果并不理想。针对隧道冻害产生的机理进行分析,并根据病害情况,验算冻胀力的大小,结合几次冻害的治理经验和教训进行总结,提出采用保温隔热层的方法进行治理,为今后类似工程的设计提供了相应的借鉴经验。

Some Thoughts on the Reason for Freezing Damage to Railway Tunnels in Northeast of China

Located in severe cold area in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,some tunnels on a new railway were damaged to a greater or less degree because of frost heave force soon after the completions of tunnel constructions. Improvement and treatment measures had been used for these tunnels,but their effects were not ideal. For this reason,mechanism of freezing damage to the tunnels was analyzed in this paper,and frost heave forces were calculated and checked on the basis of actual situation of freezing damage. Finally,in combination with summarization on past experiences and lessons about controlling freezing damage,a new method to control the freezing damage by using the thermal insulation layer was suggested in this paper,serving as reference for similar projects in future.
