| 摘 要： | 42号大号码道岔对铺设精度及开通后的稳定性有了更高的要求,道岔的施工工艺也要求更加精准和细化。随着快速铁路网的逐步形成,大号码道岔会更频繁地使用于各条快速通道,探索一种更安全、更经济、更高效的施工工艺显得尤为重要,通过对道岔运输、装卸、铺设、焊接、精调等工序的深入研究和实践探索,并经过运营验证可行,由此提出了一套较为成熟的施工工艺,为大号码道岔铺设提供参考。

| Abstract: | The No.42 large-scale turnout has higher requirements on the laying precision and on the stability after being put into use,correspondingly the requirements on construction technology of turnout laying has to be more accurate and detailed.With the development of high-speed railway network,the large-scale turnout will be more frequently used for high-speed tracks,so it is particularly important to research a much more safe and economic and efficient construction technology for the large-scale turnout.After in-depth research and practice about relevant construction technology of the turnout,such as transportation,loading and unloading,laying,welding,delicate adjustment and so on,and verified by feasibility of actual operation,a set of relatively mature construction technology was put forward in this paper and could serve as reference for large-scale turnout's laying. |
