双块式无砟轨道轨枕松动修复材料性能分析

摘    要:在外界荷载作用下,双块式无砟轨道中预制轨枕与现浇道床板粘结面作为轨道结构的薄弱处,容易出现轨枕松动,这将降低轨道结构的承载能力及影响轨道的平顺性。基于有限单元法,建立含轨枕松动修复材料的双块式无砟轨道梁体模型,分析在列车荷载及温度荷载作用时修补材料的力学性能,以期为双块式道床板裂缝维修提供一定的理论基础。研究表明:修复材料及道床板的拉压应力随着修复材料的厚度增加而减小,随弹性模量的增大而增加;建议修复材料的弹性模量为100500 MPa。

Performance Analysis of Repair Material Used for Repairing of Sleeper Loosening at Bi-block Ballastless Track

Abstract:The bonding surface between prefabricated sleeper and cast-in-situ track slab is a weak link of track structure and,under the action of external load,the disease of sleeper loosening tends to occur at the bonding surface. Consequently it is inevitable that this disease will lessen the carrying capacity of the track structure and affect the regularity property of the track. In this paper,based on finite element method,the beam-solid model of bi-block ballastless track with the repair material of sleeper loosening was established,and then the mechanical properties of repair materials under the actions of both the train load and the temperature load were analyzed,in order for providing some theoretical bases for repairing the de-bonding of bi-block ballastless track slab. The research shows: the tensile and compressive stresses of both the repair material and the track slab will decrease as the thickness of repair material increases,but will increase as the elasticity modulus of repair material increases.
