| 摘 要： | 技术和市场的高度复杂性与风险性使许多民营科技企业成长面临困难。本文提出民营科技企业中技术与市场协同观,技术与市场之间的涨落机制,对成长中涨落平衡点的运动性态进行定性描述,并提出不同情形下的成长策略。

| Abstract: | Extreme complexity and risk in both the technology and the market make the growth of the private science and technology enterprises face various difficulties.The cooperation viewpoint of technology with market is put forward.The cooperative mechanism of ups and downs in the growth of the private enterprises between technology and market is discussed.For the different dynamic nature and state of the balance point of ups and downs in the development is also qualitatively described.The development strategy under different situations is finally put forward. |
