基于FFT的数控镂铣机传动链误差源诊断

摘    要:分析了造成数控镂铣机传动链误差的原因,在检测中采用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法对模拟信号进行频谱分析.为了提高计算的精度、降低对采样频率的要求,提高运算速度,采用一种基于线性插值原理的改进快速傅里叶变换(L—FFT)算法.用此算法对传动链误差的原始数据进行处理,诊断出误差源及位置,为降低传动误差的控制算法提供了依据.试验结果表明,与FFT算法相比,效率提高大约5%,表明该算法具有一定的实用性和有效性.
