Fe—Mn—Al—Cr系奥氏体热强钢持久缺口脆性的研究

摘    要:利用光滑与缺口试样高温持久试验、沉淀相分析及电子金相等方法,研究了Fe-Mn-Al-Cr 基奥氏体热强钢的高温持久缺口脆性.实验结果表明,通过优化 C 与 V 及 Nb 含量的配比和选择适宜的时效温度,可以消除持久缺口敏感性.

Abstract:Notch-brittleness in Fe-Mn-Al-Cr host austenitic heat-resisting steals when stress-rupture tested at high temperature has been studied by Smooth/Notched stress rupture test,analysis of precipitating pahse and electron-metallographic examination.The results show that the Notch-brittleness of stress rupture could be eliminated by the appropriate combination of C V and Nb content and correct aging temperature.
