基于DSP的列车走行部故障仿真测试仪设计

摘    要:本文提出一种基于DSP实现列车走行部故障仿真测试仪的设计原理和方法,介绍故障仿真测试仪的硬件电路和软件流程,以及实验结果.该故障仿真测试仪器使用16通道的数模转换芯片,弥补了市场上通用的函数信号发生器输出通道少、模式固定的缺陷.每个通道同步输出的实时性与扩展性良好,具有频率和幅度可方便调节等优点.

Abstract:This paper presented a train running gear fault simulation tester based on DSP and introduced its design principles and methods, described its hardware, software flow chart and the experimental results. This simulation tester was used a 16-channel digital to analog converter chip that made up the defects of common market function signal generator which was with less output channel and fixed mode. Each channel synchronous output was with the properties of real-time and scalability, the frequency and amplitude could be easily adjusted and so on.
