Abstract:MVB bus structure is mainly adopted in domestic metro train network in China.Due to its limitations such as transmission rate,it cannot meet needs of train network development.Ethernet has developed rapidly due to the characteristics of high communication rate and high flexibility.This paper explores the application of ethernet in metro trains in China and introduces the dual network redundancy scheme of ethernet and the MVB combined with practical engineering cases"ethernet based"ethernet and MVB dual redundancy scheme and pure ethernet train control scheme,and points out the shortcomings of each scheme,so as to provide reference for TCMS design or technical management of metro trains in the future.
