医学教育与反馈论的关系

摘    要:《医学教育与反馈论的关系》是根据系统工程的原理——信息反馈论来引证Wilhem Vou Humbolat所提出高等学校办学的三条思想原则。并强调对立统一的哲学观点,是现代医学发展的特征,又是实施反馈论的中心思想。这是因为自动化程度越高,反馈论越强;信息传递越快,正负反馈作用越多,对立统一的哲学观点更为明显。自动化控制系统示意图就是说明用最少的信息,实施最优的调控取得最大的效果,这是提高教学质量的有效方法。


MEDICAL EDUCATION RELATED TO THE THEORY OF FEEDBACK
Abstract:This paper is based on the principles of systemic engineering-the the-ory of information feedback in order to cite three prniciples of thought whichwere suggested by Von Humbolat for running institutions of higher education.Furthermore, it puts stress on the philosophical viewpoint of the unity ofopposites, being not only the characteristics of modern medical advancesbut also the central idea for carrying out the theory of feedback. That iswhy the higher the degree of automation, the stronger the theory of feedback. the faster the transmission of information and the more the effects ofpositive and negative feedback, the more distincter the philosophical view-point of the unity of opposites. The illustrative diagrams of an automaticcontrol system are used to explain to employ the least informations, to carryout the best regulation-control, and then to obtain the most effects. Thisif an efficient method of improving the standard of skill in the learning.
