高职教育在湖北省农村剩余劳动力转移中的作用

本文从湖北省农村人口基数、受教育程度以及技术状况等方面,分析了湖北省农村剩余劳动力现状,并提出了湖北省农村剩余劳动力转移中存在的问题。分析了湖北省高职教育的现状,从高职教育有利于提高农村剩余劳动力的综合素质、有利于提高农村剩余劳动力的专业知识和技能水平,有利于促进农村剩余劳动力向市民转变等方面,提出了发挥高职教育在湖北省农村剩余劳动力转移中的作用。

On the Role of Higher Vocational Education in Transfer of Surplus Labor Force in the Countryside of Hubei Province

This paper analyzes the status of surplus labor force in the countryside of Hubei province on the basis of population radix, education background and skills held, etc. , and then places some existent problems in them before us. Further more, it also analyzes the sta- tus of higher vocational education in Hubei province and puts forward the relation between promoting the transfer of surplus labor force in the countryside and developing higher voca- tional education from the aspects such as developing higher vocational education is propitious to improving the comprehensive makings, professional knowledge and skills level and speed- ing up the transfer from countryside surplus labor force to citizen, etc.
