汽轮风机喘振控制系统及其优化

摘    要:本文结合珠海粤钢汽机防喘振控制系统,分析了喘振的形成及危害,根据高炉对汽轮鼓风机风量的要求,结合喘振原理和控制方法对1#汽动鼓风机组喘振控制系统进行了部分改造,并对风机喘振优化进行了探讨和实践。

Abstract:With the anti-surge control system of Yuegang Turbine Air-blower as the study case, this essay analyzes the cause and harm of surge. According to the requirements of blast furnace for turbine air-blower's capacity, together with the surge theory and controlling method, the NO. 1 anti-surge control system is partially re-constructed and the optimization way is also discussed in this essay.
