摘    要:建设现代职业教育体系是经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然趋势,职业教育分级制是构建现代职业教育体系的主要方式。本文对英国、澳大利亚、德国等三个国家的职业教育分级制进行了分析,以北京市职业教育分级制改革为地方样本,提出了推进职业教育分级制改革的若干关键要素。

Abstract:With the social economic development, building modern vocational education sys- tem becomes the certainty, with vocational education grading system being the major way. This essay makes analysis on vocational education grading system of UK, Australia and Ger- many, with Beijing vocational education grading system reform as the study case, put for- wards the key elements of promoting vocational education grading system reform.
