基于AVL BOOST柴油机故障仿真研究

摘    要:本文建立了柴油机工作过程的数学模型,利用AVL BOOST软件对L16/24柴油机的进排气故障进行了仿真,分析发现,柴油机排气温度的增加与流经柴油机的空气质量流量的减小有着直接的关系,而限制气缸压力和燃烧速率的因素都会使得爆压达不到额定值,同时上述各种故障都会限制柴油机有效功率的输出,并使得油耗增加。

Abstract:In this paper, mathematical model of diesel engine working process is built, andthe intake and exhaust malfunctions of L16/24 diesel engine are simulated through AVL BOOST software. Through analysis, it is found that there is direct relationship between the increase of diesel engine exhaust temperature and the reduction of air flow through the en- gine, and the factors that limit cylinder pressure and the rate of combustion will make burst pressure fail to reach the nominal scale, while the above-mentioned failures will limit the ef- fective power output of diesel engines, and make the fuel consumption increase.
