深水裸岩高桩承台钢吊箱设计与施工

摘    要:研究目的:解决在河床裸露、岩面坚硬不平整、岩溶发育、水深等水文地质条件下,高桩承台基础的施工问题。旨在为以后同类承台施工提供借鉴。研究方法:以柳州市三门江大桥高桩承台施工为例,介绍拉压柱式钢吊箱围堰的设计与施工,重点介绍钢吊箱围堰的设计方案、工作原理、施工工艺及施工要点等技术细节,同时对钢吊箱围堰施工中的注意事项进行阐述。研究结论:总结出的适用于深水裸岩溶蚀地质下高桩承台基础钢吊箱的施工工艺,设计合理,能满足工程的需要。

Abstract:Research purposes: The construction problems of bearing platforms with high piles were solved under hydrology and geology conditions of uncovered riverbed,hard and inclined rock surface,corrosion,deep water.This could serve as a useful reference for future construction of similar kinds of bearing platforms.Research methods:By construction of bearing platforms with high piles for the Sanmenjiang bridge in Liuzhou city,this paper introduces design and construction of steel hoisting box cofferdams with pull and compression columns,and puts emphases on design scheme,working principle,construction technology,construction gist of steel hoisting box cofferdams.The problems which may be paid attention to in steel hoisting box cofferdams construction are expatiated.Research conclusions:This paper sums up a suit of steel hoisting box construction technology under geology conditions of deep water,uncovered rock and corrosion.The design of this steel hoisting box with pull and compression columns was reasonable and could satisfy the requirement of engineering.
