| Abstract: | Aiming at current issues on the financial management of the government-sponsored institutions,the status and function of the financial management in the government-sponsored institutions are expounded,then how to reform and innovate the financial management in the new stages is analysed and demonstrated on every side.Moreover,how to combine the social and economic benefits and how to activate permanent assets are set forth in very detail.Finally,some views are also presented in the paper. |
