硝苯地平脂质体的研制

摘    要:目的 优选硝苯地平脂质体的处方和制备工艺 ,并评价其质量。方法 采用薄膜 -超声法制备硝苯地平脂质体 ,以包封率和显微镜观为检测指标 ,利用正交试验法优选出制备硝苯地平脂质体的最佳工艺条件。用透析法测其包封率 ,显微镜法观察其形态 ,微孔滤膜 吸光光度法测量粒径和粒度分布。结果 制备的脂质体包封率达到 89 0 2 % ,透射电子显微镜下观察脂质体为粒径均匀的球状或近球状的小单层脂质体 ,小于 1 5 8μm的粒子占 73 81%。结论 优选得到的脂质体处方和制备工艺稳定可行

Abstract:Objective To study the formulation and preparation of nifedipine lipsomes (NP) and evaluate their quality. Methods The liposomes were prepared by a film ultrasonic technique. Served as quota with the entrapment ratio and appearance of liposomes, the optimal formation and preparation were selected by means of an orthogonal design test. The entrapment ratio of liposomes was studied by means of dialyzer. The size distribution of liposome was selected by photometry. The appearance of liposomes was observed by micrography.Results The entrapment ratio of nifedipine liposomes was 89.02% . The result of electron micrography and the size distribution showed that the liposomes consisted of small spherical or similar to spherical small unilamellar vesicles (SUV), with 73.81% of particles in the liposomes smaller than 1.58?μm. Conclusion The selected formulation and preparation of nifedipine lipsomes is practicable.
