| 摘 要： | 较全面地建立了常规潜艇的技术评估指标体系,从可运行性、使用性及作战能力3个方面详述所含指标。这一指标体系的全面性对进一步研究具有较强的实际意义。同时针对该体系引入综合层次分析法,利用该法给出了常规潜艇综合性能定量评估值。实例证明,该指标体系及方法具有科学性、实用性。

| Abstract: | The paper set up a more comprehensive techlogical evaluating model of normal submarine.It gives the quantitative value of the comprehensive function of normal submarine by the method of CAHP, which is explained clearly with an example.The integration of the index system has great meaning for the further study of general submarine. |
