摘    要:通过对铁路机务段含油污水及污泥现场调研分析表明,目前铁路含油污水常规处理工艺一般采用隔油、混凝气浮、斜板沉淀、生物接触氧化等方法,如需回用再进一步深度处理包括石英砂或活性炭过滤,处理技术比较成熟,在运行过程中基本都能达到排放和回用标准.铁路含油污泥处置通过具有资质的专业环保公司来清理拖走处理,每吨含油污泥的处理费用为2 000 ~4 500元,根据产泥量不同,每年的处理费用大约10 ~ 30万元.

Abstract:Through research analysis on railway locomotives depot oily wastewater treatment on site, it shows the conventional treatment process is adopted including oil separation, coagulation air floatation, plated sedimentation and biological contact oxidation. Moreover, the advanced treatment of sand or activated carbon filtration is further carried out if wastewater is reused. The railway oily wastewater treatment technology is mature, and the effluent can meet the national standards of discharge and reuse. The railway oily sludge is cleared away and disposed by the qualified professional environmental protection company generally. Oily sludge processing cost is between 2 000 to 4 500 Yuan per ton, therefore processing costs is as high as 100 to 300 thousand Yuan a year according to the different amount of sludge production.
