PLC技术在交流三速锚机电气控制中的应用

摘    要:船用交流三速锚机在使用的过程中,经常发生接触器触点烧融不动作,频繁过载跳闸,无法正常加速等故障,对船舶在紧急情况下使用锚机是极为不利的。本文在传统继电器控制电路的基础上,在交流三速锚机的控制电路中运用PLC技术。运行结果表明,该控制电路不仅取代船用主令控制器,并且具有控制速度快、可靠性高、灵活性强等优点。

Abstract:When the AC three-speed windlass is working, the malfunction of the contactor contact often happens, which is extremely unfavorable about using windlass in case of emergency. Based on the traditional relay control circuit, the PLC technology is used in the AC three-speed windlass control circuit. The result shows that new control circuit can replace master controller, and have the advantages of higher control speed, greater reliability and stronger flexibility.
