宫颈炎、宫颈癌与脂质过氧化的关系

测定了3O例健康妇女、34例宫颈炎、42例宫颈癌患者及治疗前后28例宫颈炎、30例宫颈癌患者的血浆脂质过氧化物（LPO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH-px和铜蓝蛋白（CP）水平。结果显示:宫颈癌组LPO、CP显著高于正常组和炎症组,SOD和GSH-px显著低于正常组和炎症组;宫颈炎治疗组CP治疗后显著低于治疗前;宫颈癌治疗组LPO治疗后显著高于治疗前,CP治疗后显著低于治疗前。提示:宫颈癌与脂质过氧化作用可能有关。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LIPID PEROXIDATION CERVICAL CANCER AND CERVICITIS

Serum level of Lipid peroxide (LPO), Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Glutathione peroxidase (TSH-px) and Ceruloplasmin (CP) in 30 normal women, 34 cervicitis, 42 cervical cancer and 28 normal women, 34 cervicitis, 42 cervical cancer and 28 cervicitis, 30 cervical cancer in pre-treatment and post-treatment were measured. The result demonstrated: The level of LPO, CP in the cervical cancer group was significantly higher than that of the normal group and that of the cervicitis group (P< 0.05) ; The level of SOD, GSH-px in the cervicalcancer group was significantly lower than that of the normal group and the cervicitis group (P<0. 05) ; The level of CP in the post-treatment group of cervicitis was significantly lower than that of the pre-treatment group (P< 0.05) i The level of LPO in the post-treatment group of cervical cancer was significantly higher than that of the pre-treantment (P < 0.005) , the level of CP in the psot-treatment group was significantly lower than that of the pre-treatment. The results suggest that cervical cancer may be relevant to lipid peroxidation.
