流亭机场跑道道面沥青混合料性能评价分析

摘    要:该文介绍了青岛流亭机场跑道道面沥青混合料性能的评价分析情况。为评价沥青跑道道面混合料路用性能,在道面现场钻芯取样,通过室内试验,测试了混合料的沥青含量与油石比、矿料级配,以及水稳定性和抗松散性等物理力学性能指标参数。评价分析结果表明:沥青混合料层间结合较好,厚度与设计值基本一致,沥青含量满足设计要求;但是0.15m m以下的细集料偏少,抗水损坏与抗松散性能不佳。应采用雾封层进行预防性养护。

Abstract:The article introduces the evaluation and analysis of asphalt mixture performance of the runway pavement in Qingdao Liuting Airport,in order to evaluate the mixture performance of asphalt runway pavement,it is to carry out the field sampling of core drill for pavement.The indoor experiment can test the physical mechanical performance index parameters of asphalt content,asphalt aggregate ratio,mineral aggregate gradation,water stability and loose resistance of mixture.The evaluation analysis result shows that the combination among the layers of asphalt mixture is better,the thickness is basically identical with the design value,and the asphalt content satisfies the design requirement.But there are a few fine aggregates below 0.15 mm,and the performances of anti-water damage and loose resistance are not good.The fog seal should be used for the preventive maintenance.
