摘    要:采用单片机控制的保护继电器可以同时采集发电机D+、转速信号、空档信号、内部起动计时等多路信号,通过内部程序比对计算,同时输出两路信号分别控制起动机的电源线圈和励磁线圈。相对于传统数字电路保护模块,信号采集保护更全面、及时,两路外部输出可以有效减少继电器自身故障引起的因触点脱不开而烧坏起动机的故障,比传统保护继电器更加可靠。

Abstract:The protection relay controlled by MCU can collect the multiple signals of generator D., rotate speed, neutral position, internal starting clocking and output two way signals controlling the power coil and the magnet exciting coil separately through internal program contrast counting. Relative to the conventional digital circuit protection module, this signal collection protection is more comprehensive and timely. The two way output can reduce the starter burning troubles caused by the faults of relay and is more reliable than the conventional one.
