| Abstract: | Through the investigation and analysis about the passengers＇ satisfaction with the catering supply of the EMUs high-speed railway, we can comprehensively and accurately understand the passengers＇ demands, propose the improvement suggestions on the EMUs high-speed railway catering industry management, provide satisfied food service for the passengers, and therefore enhance the competitiveness of railway. |
