增压器涡轮叶片和轮盘组装结构的三维接触精细有限元分析

摘    要:采用多重多支的子结构分析技术,应用基于接触问题参变量分原理的有限元参数二次规划算法,对增压器涡轮叶片和轮盘的组装结构按三维弹性接触模型进行了精细的有限元分析,最小单元边长为0.2mm,节点总数59546个,单元总数为57150个八节点等参块体元。计算结果与实际符合得很好,改进后的涡轮已投入批量生产。

Abstract:Employing the multi-level and multi-branch substructure technique, precise FE analysis of 3-D elastic contact of tenon and mortise joint in a turbine under centrifugal force is carried out. The nonlinear analysis is solved by the parametric quadratic programming (PQR). The 3-D model consists of the whole disk and all 45 balades. It is divided into 13 substructure modes, 59546 modes, and 57150 8-node solid elements. The shortest element side divided in joint region is 0.2 mm in length. The calculational results are rational and in accordance with test ones. The turbines improved according to the analysis results have been put into mass production.
