Problems That Should Be Paid Attention on During Composing Standards (Part 1 to 2)

GB/T 1.1—2009 ＂Introduction to Standardization Work Part 1： Structure of the Standard and the Composing＂ and GB/T 20000.2—2009 ＂Guideline of Standardization Work Part 2： Adopting International Standard＂ are the basic standards for composing standards. The author introduces the major changes in the two standards after modification and the keys on implementation. By combining with the problems in modifying national standards of railways and railway industry standards, the author explains these changes in order to help staffs and technicians who work on standardization or composing draft standards understand the above standards and make the implantation smooth.
