特拉维夫浅埋微间距盾构双线始发技术研究

摘    要:以色列特拉维夫"红线轻轨"工程东标段盾构双线从Depot车站始发到EM Hamoshavot车站接收,盾构始发间距仅为0.69m,拱顶埋深约5m。针对此浅埋微间距隧道盾构始发施工,从洞门密封、地下连续墙与中隔墙浇筑、推力计算、降水等关键技术进行系统研究。结果表明,洞门密封环和Bullflex止浆袋技术有效解决了洞门密封的问题,中隔墙的设置可以防止后行隧道对先行隧道产生不利影响;合理计算并设定盾构掘进参数,可有效降低浅埋隧道在掘进过程中引起的地表变形。

Study on double track launching technology of Tel Aviv shallow buried micro distance shield
Abstract:In the east section of the Red Line Light Rail project in Tel Aviv,Israel,the shield starts from the depot station on double track to the EM Hanoshavot Station,the launching distance of the shield starts only 0.69 m,and the buried depth of the arch is about 5 m.In view of the shield launching in the shallow micro distance tunnel,this paper systematically studies the key technologies such as the tunnel portal sealing,the grouting of the diaphragm wall and the middle partition wall,the calculation of the thrust,and the dewatering.The results show that the sealing ring and the Bullflex grout bag technology effectively solves the problem of the sealing of the tunnel portal,and the setting of the middle partition wall prevents the adverse effect of the later tunnel on the first part of tunnel,the reasonable calculation and setting of the shield tunneling parameters effectively reduces the surface deformation caused by the shallow tunnel in the tunneling.
