多性能强耦合分析技术及应用

摘    要:在车辆性能开发过程中,各个学科的交叉耦合问题越来越突出,采用多学科分析技术是提高车辆综合性能的必要手段。传统的多学科分析是一种弱耦合技术,不同学科之间只是简单的信息交互,没有求解器层面的耦合,因而难以完全表达不同学科之间的相互影响关系。此外,在车辆性能集成过程中,供应商为保护自身的核心技术,不会把子模型以“白箱”(所有结构特征均开放)的方式完全提供给主机厂,给整车性能集成带来困难。因此,需要探索一种强耦合算法,使不同学科在求解器层面进行耦合,同时每个子模型仅需提供界面上的力与运动信息,实现“分而治之”的多学科强耦合分析。

Abstract:In the process of vehicle performance developing,the cross coupling of various disciplines is becoming more and more prominent.The use of multi discipline analysis is a necessary means to improve the comprehensive performance of vehicles.Traditional multidisciplinary analysis is a kind of weak coupling technology,there is a simple information exchange between different disciplines but no coupled solver level.Therefore,it is difficult to fully express the relationship between different disciplines.In addition,in the process of vehicle performance integration,supplier is to protect its own core technologies,will not supply the model in a“white box”(all structural features are open)fully to the automotive OEMs,which brings the difficulty to the vehicle performance integration.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a strong coupling algorithm,so that the coupling in the solution level is realized with different disciplines,and each sub model is only required to provide the f orce and motion information on the surface to realize the strong coupling of multi discipline analysis which is called‘divide and rule’.
