| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等方法,针对目前我国航海专业大学生体育健康教育现状,进行了体育锻炼意识、健康状况、体育运动兴趣等方面的调查研究,针对存在问题,分析原因并提出相应的建议.
