Application of Total Quality Management from Mobile Power Station Special Process Confirming

Due to the particularity ofmobile power station products , manufacturing enterprises have require-ments of high reliability , and also have very strict quality of the products .Total quality management as an advanced quality management concept , has high practicability in quality control of military products .But in the actual imple-mentation process , the enterprises encountered more problem .This paper , aiming at these problems from the mean-ing of power station products special process and special process confirmation content , special process way and so on, study and summary from the actual production , analyzed total quality management , put forward some sugges-tions to strengthen and improve the total quality management .
