Vba程序在技术资料管理中的应用

随着我国基础设施建设的不断发展，技术资料管理也在不断规范及完善中。作为技术管理的资料表格呈现出系统化、全面化、具体化、关联化、模块化等特点，技术人员在施工管理中需要填写大量的技术资料，往往花费较多的人力及时间来处理大量的数据。结合雪峰山隧道的工程实践，介绍如何把表格内的变动数据与数据库内的数据链接，达到表格的自动生成及连续打印等目的，并以铁路隧道耐久性混凝土检验批的填报为例，说明Vba程序的应用，以期把该项技术进行推广。

Application of Vba Program in Technical Data Management

With the continuous development of China’s infrastructure construction, the management of technical data are gradually standardized. At present, the data sheets used in technology management have such characteristics of systemization, comprehension, reification, inter relation and modularization. The technical personnel need a long time to deal with the technical data during construction management. In the paper, the authors present how to relate the varying data in the data sheets with those in the data base so as to produce new data sheets automatically. Taking the filling of the data sheets for the inspection lots of the durable lining concrete of Xuefengshan tunnel as an example, the authors present the application of Vba program in the technical data management so as to promote this technology.
