| 摘 要： | 限压弹簧是指采用处于材料边缘的设计指标，通过特殊的弹簧绕制工艺，来提高材料的强度和疲劳寿命，从而达到设计指标要求的特殊弹簧。对于重要用途的弹簧，绕制时一般需要强制压并处理，将弹簧数次强制压并超过材料的弹性极限，获得的应力与绕制中产生的内应力抵消，形成新的有利应力，从而提高弹簧的抗疲劳强度，延长弹簧的疲劳寿命。
