摘    要:研究了基于振动的柴油机寿命评估中特征提取及优选问题。通过对某型号柴油机台架考核试验进行全程振动监测记录,以考核期350 h~600 h数据为基础,分析了振动特征随柴油机使用时间的变化趋势。通过拟合误差分析、相关分析和基于欧式距离的最近邻识别方法对振动信号的特征参量进行优化选择,得到了能够反映柴油机状态的有效特征。样本的识别验证表明,基于振动参数的柴油机寿命评估是有效的。

Abstract:The characteristic extraction and optimization based on the life evaluation of diesel engine was researched. The trend of vibration characteristic with diesel engine working time was analyzed according to 350 h-600 h examination data which were acquired by overall monitoring and recording the vibration of a certain diesel engine which was in the bench test. Then the characteristics that reflected the state of diesel engine were acquired by optimizing and selecting the characteristic parameters of vibration signals with analysis on fitting errors, correlation analysis and nearest-neighbor recognition method based on Euclid distance. In the end, it was testified that the life evaluation based on vibration parameters of diesel engine was effective.
