路面机制砂混凝土耐磨性试验研究

摘    要:耐磨性是水泥混凝土路面的主要耐久性指标,它关系到路面的使用寿命。研究如何提高机制砂路面混凝土的耐磨性,使其能达到河砂混凝土的耐磨性能,己成为机制砂混凝土路面推广应用的首要问题。针对机制砂混凝土配合比中的主要参数—砂率和水灰比,研究混凝土的工作性、抗压强度和耐磨性能,并提出适宜于耐磨性的混凝土配合比参数。

Abstract:Wear resistance is the main durability index of cement concrete pavement, which is relative to service life of pavement. Researching how to improve wear resistance of machine-made sand pavement concrete and reach wear resistance of sand concrete, has been the chief problem of machine-made sand concrete pavement. According to sand ratio and water cement ratio, which are the main parameters of machine-made sand concrete mix proportion, we researched the workability, compressive strength, and wear resistance of concrete, and then raised concrete mix proportion parameters suitable for wear resistance.
