摘    要:武汉光谷广场综合体项目位于既有光谷广场中心区域下方,为直径220 m的环形地下空间,内有3条地铁及3条市政道路相交。针对该工程基坑混凝土支撑梁布局形式复杂、拆除方量大、安全要求高等特点,通过爆破参数设计、起爆网络选择、爆破安全校核及防护,在城市中心区域基坑中首次采用微差延期起爆技术,解决了人工拆除和机械拆除施工周期长、噪声持续时间久等问题,提升了拆除工效并降低了对周边环境影响。

Abstract:The Wuhan Guanggu Plaza complex project is located below the central area of the existing Guanggu Square and is a 220-meter diameter circular underground space with three subways and three municipal roads intersecting.In view of the complex layout of concrete supporting beams in the project pit,the demolition of large quantities,high safety requirements,through the design of blasting parameters,explosion network selection,blasting safety proofing and protection,the differential delayed explosion technology is used in the foundation pit of urban center area for the first time,which solves the issues like long cycle of manual and mechanical demolition as well as long noise duration,improves the demolition efficiency and reduces the impact on the surrounding environment.
