山地钢桁架悬挑观景平台施工技术研究

摘    要:以乐业大石围天坑悬挑观景平台施工为例,重点介绍了在山地特殊环境下主体钢结构(长80 m,最大宽13 m,最大悬挑长度34 m)的施工技术。针对施工场地狭促、运输条件差、钢桁架构件重量分布不均、悬挑结构安装线性控制难度大等问题,通过采用三段塔吊接力运输、对钢结构深化设计、优化框架结构安装、采用桅杆安装、拉索调整的方法进行悬挑桁架安装,成功解决了山地钢桁架悬挑观景平台施工技术相关难题,确保了工程质量和施工安全,丰富了施工经验,对建造类似工程具有较好借鉴意义。

Abstract:Taking the construction of overhanging viewing platform of Dashiwei Tiankeng in Leye as an example,the construction technology of main steel structure(80 m in length,13 m maximum width,and 34 m maximum cantilever length) under special mountain environment is introduced.Aiming at the problems of narrow construction site,poor transportation conditions,uneven weight distribution of steel truss members,and difficult linear control of cantilever structure installation,the problems related to construction technology of mountain steel truss cantilever viewing platform were solved successfully by adopting the methods of three section tower crane relay transportation,deepening design of steel structure,optimizing frame structure installation,using mast installation and adjusting cable to install cantilever truss,which could ensure the quality and safety of the project,enrich the construction experience,and serve a good reference for the construction of similar projects.
