简易门架吊装的暗挖地铁车站钢管柱施工技术研究

近年来,越来越多的地下多层暗挖地铁车站采用钢管柱结构,施工中不仅要保证施工进度、质量和安全,又要严格控制车站周边重要建筑物的安全。本文依托某暗挖地铁车站钢管柱施工,阐述了钢管柱制作与拼装、钢管柱放线定位、钢管柱吊装、钢管柱定位及钢管柱周边细砂回填等工艺流程,并设计了钢管柱吊装的简易门架,利用软件模拟检算了简易门架的承载力及安全性。通过工程实践表明,简易门架安全可靠,施工效率高,在钢管柱吊装中具有很强的推广意义。

Research on Construction Technology of Steel Pipe Column in Underground Metro Station with Simple Gantry Hoisting

In recent years,more and more underground multi-storey underground metro stations adopt steel pipe column structure.In the construction,it is necessary not only to ensure the construction progress,quality and safety,but also to strictly control the safety of important buildings around the station.Based on the steel pipe column construction of a subway station,this paper expounded the process of steel pipe column production and assembly,steel pipe column setting out and positioning,steel pipe column hoisting,steel pipe column positioning and fine sand backfilling around the steel pipe column,and designed a simple gantry for steel pipe column hoisting,and then used software simulation to check the bearing capacity and safety of the simple gantry.The engineering practice shows that the simple gantry is safe and reliable with high construction efficiency,which has a strong promotion significance in the hoisting of steel pipe columns.
