短线法预制节段梁线形综合控制技术研究

摘    要:针对节段梁预制线形控制难度较大、误差消除困难,结合郑州—许昌市域铁路节段箱梁施工,提出了基于有限元分析、三阶段控制的节段梁线形综合控制技术,并形成了以下结论:(1)有限元模拟可以为施工阶段划分、施工线性控制等提供详细的节段梁受力参数,是施工前需要提前进行的关键分析手段;(2)结合施工特点,将曲线段和直线度控制参数分别列出并建立前期控制阶段的几何数据库,可以有效提高线性的控制精度;(3)预制和施工阶段采用精确测量控制APP软件,实现了自动计算,杜绝了人工记录的瑕疵,提高了阶段梁预制安装的精度。

Abstract:In view of the difficulty of segment beam prefabrication linear control and error elimination,combined with the construction of Zhengzhou-Xuchang railway segmental box girder,the comprehensive control technology of segmental beam alignment based on finite element analysis and three-stage control is proposed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1) finite element simulation can provide detailed stress parameters of segmental beam for construction stage division and construction linear control,which is the key analysis method need to be carried out in advance before the construction;(2)according to the construction characteristics,the geometric database of curve segment and straightness control parameters are listed and established in the early control stage,which can effectively improve the linear control accuracy;(3) the precise measurement control APP software is used in the prefabrication and construction stage,which realizes automatic calculation,eliminates the defects of manual recording,and improves the stage accuracy of beam prefabrication and installation.
