超大断面超深公路隧道通风竖井施工技术

摘    要:针对关山隧道超大断面超深公路隧道通风竖井施工难度大、安全风险高等特点,通过采用凿井专用"大提升机"、"大吊桶"出碴、"大伞钻"进行深孔爆破作业的"三大一深"施工工艺,大大加快了现场施工进度,保障了现场施工安全及施工质量。通风竖井二衬和十字隔墙通过采用滑模技术,实现了同步浇筑,具有施工进度快、混凝土整体性好、无冷缝、混凝土外观质量好、节省材料、劳动力投入少等优点。这对于采用正井法开挖施工超大超深隧道通风竖井具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of large difficulty and high safety risk in the construction of ventilation shaft of super large section and super deep highway tunnel of Guanshan Tunnel,the "three major and one deep" construction technology of deep hole blasting operation with special "big hoist", "big bucket" mucking and "big umbrella drill" is adopted,which greatly speeds up the on-site construction progress and ensures the on-site construction safety and construction quality.The second lining and cross partition wall of ventilation shaft are poured synchronously by using slip form technology,which has the advantages of fast construction progress,good concrete integrity,no cold joint,good concrete appearance quality,saving materials and less labor input.It is of great significance for the construction of ventilation shaft of super large and super deep tunnel by the main shaft method.
