| 摘 要： | 以396系列大功率高速柴油机GH90高温合金气门电热镦质量控制为研究对象,分析了GH90高温合金气门电热镦的工艺性,研究了电热镦质量缺陷的产生原因,优化了电热镦质量控制的有效措施,找到了提高电热镦质量、合格品率和生产效率的有效方法。

| Abstract: | For the high-power high-speed diesel engines of 396 series,the electric upsetting quality control of the GH90 superalloy valve was researched.The processing property of electric upsetting was analyzed,the reasons of quality defect were studied,the method of quality control was optimized and finally the effective methods to improve electric upsetting quality,qualified product rate and production efficiency were put forward. |
